Location services must be enable on both your device and your browser. Make sure you allowed your phone or device to use your current location. If you were prompted to allow location but chose “don’t allow”, the check-in button will not display. Depending on your device's settings, you can often fix this simply by refreshing. If that doesn’t work, you may need to navigate to your device’s location settings and adjust them.
On Mac
Choose Apple menu
System Preferences
click Security & Privacy
then click Location Services on the right.
You may need to scroll down.
Turn Location Services on or off for your preferred browser.
On iPhone or iPad
Go to Settings
Privacy
Location Services.
You can individually control which apps and system services have access to Location Services data.
Scroll to find your browser and adjust your settings.
On PC
Go to Start
Settings
Privacy
Location.
Do one of the following:
If you're an administrator on the device, you can use the Location services setting to control whether the location service can be used on this device.
If you're not an admin on this device, you will not see this setting.
To control location for just your user account, switch the Let apps access your location setting On or Off.
If "Location services is off" appears on the settings page, you won't be able to turn on the Let apps access your location setting for an individual user account.
On Android
Swipe down from the top of the screen.
Below the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth buttons are your Quick Settings, Swipe down again to view all of your Quick Settings
Touch the Location icon to turn it on or off.
If you don't find Location:
Go to Settings
Tap Location
Tap the On/Off toggle to turn it on or off

If you are not receiving the verification code via text, the quickest fix is to try using your email instead.
If you haven't received the six-digit code, there are a few possible causes:
The code simply hasn't arrived yet. Typically it's very fast but network traffic can absolutely delay delivery.
Is it possible you keyed your phone/email incorrectly?
Poor/no network connection
Check your messaging app’s spam/blocked folder - your phone may be set to block texts from unknown numbers
The email may have gone to your Spam folder
Suggested Solutions
Confirm that the number or email address is correct. Note that it is displayed on the screen with the six empty boxes. If it is incorrect, tap the "Back" button beneath the 6 blank boxes, correct it and re-submit.
Check network connection. Are you using wi-fi? If so, it's possible you are connected to a network but not to the internet. Disable WiFi and try again.
Not using WiFi? If cellular network connectivity is poor, delivery may be delayed. Wait up to two minutes. If no code arrives, tap the back button beneath the 6 blank boxes and resubmit.
If you attempted to receive the OTP via mobile phone, try again via email. If you attempted to receive via email, try again via mobile phone.
-
Usually the OTP code will auto-submit once it’s been entered. Occasionally the submission may be delayed.
If your code is not auto-submitting
Click into the last box
There should be a “Go” button on your keyboard.
Click it to force submit. It may take up to a minute to go through.

When this happens, it's usually a camera permissions issue. Your browser needs to be allowed to open the camera.
If prompted to Allow Camera Access after scanning the dealers QR code or during the registration and mileage verification process, select Allow.
For Android Users:If you are using an Android and not using the Chrome browser, we recommend you switch to Chrome.
Turn on the Camera access tile. This is accessible when you swipe down from the top of the screen. It's next to other toggles for the internet, Airplane Mode, Bluetooth, etc. If it's toggled on, it'll be highlighted. When it's toggled off, any app that attempts to use the camera will just show a black screen.
Close your browser, your camera and any apps that may be using the camera (this includes apps like Instagram and Facebook). Re-scan the poster QR and try again.
When you tap the "found a validator/I'm the validator" button, you may be prompted to either allow or deny your camera to open. You need to allow it.
If you were prompted and clicked deny - refresh and try again. Refreshing will require that you re-authenticate your phone number, but you do not have to re-register.
If you are not prompted, the permissions may be turned off at the browser level. This support doc addresses how to turn them on for the browser.
Permissions may be disabled for the website. Ensure that mixerproduction.com and poweredbymixer.com are not blocked by following this support doc for the Chrome browser.
If that doesn’t help:
Go to Settings
Security & Privacy
More Privacy Settings
Permissions Manager (or similar).
Tap on Camera and make sure the browser you use is “Allowed”
Some customers, after making changes, have found they need to reboot the device before changes take effect.
For iPhone Users:
Check Address Bar For Camera Icon
Inside Safari when on the mileage validation screen, look for a small camera icon in the address bar. Tap the icon and choose allow.
Site-Specific Permissions
Open Settings app on your iPhone
Scroll down and select Safari
Scroll down to "Settings for Websites"
Select Camera
Ensure allowed is selected for mixerproduction.com and poweredbymixer.com. You can tap on the site if you need to change it.
Check Camera Permissions
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Scroll down and tap on Safari
Make sure the Camera switch is turned on. If it is already turned on, toggle it off and then back on to refresh the permissions.
Check Camera Settings

Check for Interfering Apps

Ensure you are using the latest version of Safari
Open the Settings app
Go to General
Select Software Update

If prompted to allow location or camera access, select Allow.
Follow the registration and mileage verification process

Accounts can lock when phone numbers and email addresses get shared between 2 customers or accounts or when there is more than one on an account.
Submit a help ticket to us at help@mightyloud.com - please confirm what email and phone number should be associated with your account and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

Typically when this happens the issue is that there is a difference in the way the address is entered and the way Google wants the address entered.
St. vs Street
SE vs Southeast
Occasionally the API may require you to enter the entire address with city name on the address line to get it to pull up.
For example: 1285 Main Street, Buffalo
If you do not include the comma after the street name this may not work
We use Google maps for address autocomplete and verification. Enter the address as it shows on maps.google.com, and it will usually accept the address. If you continue to have an issue, please provide the address you are submitting to us at help@mightyloud.com and we can take a further look.
