(“Harley-Davidson”) and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “H-D Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded. The H-D Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
Data Collection
By entering, you are providing your personal information to Mighty Loud Enterprises. You agree that Mighty Loud may share your information with Harley-Davidson and that Mighty Loud and Harley-Davidson may use your information in accordance with their individual Privacy Policies, which are found at https://www.mightyloud.com/privacy-policy and https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html respectively, and which may be updated without notice from time to time.
Data collected through the entry process, including any geolocation data, is governed by these Official Rules and the Rolling Texas Official Rules and the privacy policies referenced above.
Your Choices
You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation in order to participate in the Promotion. At any time, you may choose to ask us to tell you what data we have about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your personal information that we no longer need, and to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information, including precise geolocation, with anyone. Overview
The 2026 Welcome Back Sweepstakes (“Welcome Back” or the “Promotion”), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud"). The Welcome Back sweepstakes consists of the following prize giveaway:
One (1) Prize: $1,000 Harley-Davidson Gift Card (limitations apply) Entries into the 2026 Welcome Back Sweepstakes will be accepted starting September 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) or open-of-business (whichever is earlier) and ending on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET or earlier depending on the time your participating Harley-Davidson location closes (the “Promotion Entry Period”). Following the close of the Promotion Entry Period, the Harley-Davidson Gift Card winner will be selected from all timely entries received through a random drawing procedure. For specific entry methods, winner selection and verification, see the section “$1,000 Harley-Davidson Gift Card Giveaway” (below).
Total ARV for this Promotion: $1,000 USD Gift Card to participating Harley Davidson locations in the USA.
Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) at the time of entry. The Promotion is available only to people that have actively opted-into and participated in any “Rolling Campaign” by Mighty Loud between September 15, 2025 and September 14, 2026 and who have entered the special keyword provided in their Welcome Back Email in the Rolling Texas Promotion. Dealerships are not required to participate, to send an email, or to do so within a specific time frame and you are not guaranteed an email. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its Dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, independent contractors, promotional and other vendor agencies, any prize suppliers, any other companies directly involved in the offer or administration of this promotion, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members whether or not related, of all such employees and individuals listed above, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Welcome Back Email; Delivery Not Guaranteed. Delivery of the Welcome Back email containing the special keyword is not guaranteed. Mighty Loud and the Participating Dealers are not responsible for any Welcome Back email that is not sent, delayed, misdirected, blocked, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received, for any reason. Failure to receive the email, or receiving it later than others, does not entitle any person to enter, to additional time to enter, or to any other remedy, and does not extend the Promotion Entry Period, which ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET or earlier depending on the time your local Harley-Davidson location closes on October 15, 2026. Eligibility is determined solely by Mighty Loud.
Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. You are not eligible to win the prizes offered in this sweepstakes if, in the 13 months preceding the start of this sweepstakes, you were confirmed as an eligible winner of a prize with an ARV over $600 through any Mighty Loud or Harley-Davidson Promotion. In addition, if you are determined to be a winner in this Promotion of a prize with an ARV over $600, you will be ineligible to participate further in this Promotion or any other such Promotion for the 13 months following acceptance of the prize.
Odds & Prize Restrictions
Odds: The odds of being selected as the winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Entry Period.
Prize is subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The winner is responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prizes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON AND RECEIVED A PRIZE WITH AN ARV OVER $600 AWARDED BY MIGHTY LOUD OR HARLEY-DAVIDSON FOR THE 13 MONTHS FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ELIGIBILITY, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE VALUED OVER $600, INCLUDING PRIZE MOTORCYCLE(S), IN ANY CURRENT PROMOTION.
The ARV of any prize may vary, depending on applicable variables including without limitation, date, options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference.
Gift card prizes or prize components are subject to all terms and conditions thereon as well as any additional limitations or restrictions imposed by issuer.
Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Entrants agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith.

A. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Welcome Back Sweepstakes:
Option 1: In-Person. During the Promotion Entry Period:
Step 1: Visit a participating Harley-Davidson location.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code to open and complete the Rolling Texas Giveaway registration form
Step 3: Complete the form and enter the Special Keyword in your Welcome Back Email. Entering in this manner enters you into both the Rolling Texas Giveaway and the Welcome Back Promotion. By participating with this entry method, Participants also agree to the Rolling Texas Official Rules which can be found here. You will receive one (1) entry in this Promotion.
Option 2: Email
To enter without visiting a Participating Dealer, send an email to contestentry@mightyloud.com during the Promotion Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your selected designated Participating Dealer, from among the list of Participating Dealers in Rolling Texas. Once you have designated your Harley-Davidson dealership, the designation cannot be changed during the course of this Promotion. You will receive one (1) entry in this Promotion for an email entry.
Limit maximum of one (1) entry total per person and per email address throughout this Promotion, regardless of method of entry. No entrant may submit more than one (1) entry during the Promotion regardless of method of entry.
All entries must be submitted and received by Mighty Loud by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2026 to be eligible to enter the $1,000 Harley-Davidson Giveaway within this 2026 Welcome Back Sweepstakes. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the “General Entry Restrictions” section below.
B. Drawing (Prize Qualifier Selection)
Mighty Loud will randomly select the potential winner from all eligible entries during the Promotion Entry Period on or around October 19, 2026.
The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility.
C. Winner Verification
The one (1) potential Welcome Back Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winner” below shall apply.
General Entry Restrictions
The following entry restrictions apply to the entire Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. All additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined in these Official Rules) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods will void that entrant's entries in Mighty Loud’s discretion and that entrant may be disqualified.
Any Keyword can only be used once per person and per email address. Any attempts to use this Keyword for additional entries will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility requirements and all other limitations, exclusions, and releases set forth throughout these Official Rules apply with equal force to this Promotion as a whole, unless expressly stated otherwise in this section.
Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Disqualification of Winner
Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeits their respective prize.
For such case, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the corresponding Drawing. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the applicable prize(s), after which the applicable prize(s) may remain unawarded.
Miscellaneous
Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the entirety of this Promotion and the selection of all prize recipients are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
These Official Rules govern the Welcome Back prize, eligibility, entry period, and drawing. All other general terms governing this Promotion, including General Conditions, Limitations of Liability, Publicity, Disputes, governing law and venue, and the release of the Released Parties, are set forth in the Rolling Texas Official Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Welcome Back Rules and the Rolling Texas Rules as to the Welcome Back prize, eligibility, entry period, or drawing, these Welcome Back Rules control.
Liability Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., and all of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced.
